Warranted from a minimum of 7 years aging in American oak barrels, it has subtle notes of treacle, chocolate and a gentle smokiness, whilst the palate is rich and powerful with a tantalizing hint of burnt spice that tapers off in to the classic rum finish.Butterfly 7 Yr old recently won "Master" in the Rum Masters 2011 Awards,an award that recognizes supreme excellence in only the very best rums.
